Growing up on delectable repertoire of soulful dishes, Sherhunda’s palate was finely tuned to the artistry of Southern cooking. From the savory allure of chicken and dressing to the eye candy of candied yams, the hearty greens of collard greens, the comforting aroma of

cornbread, macaroni and cheese, and the sweet perfection of peach cobbler – these were the pillars of her grandmother’s renowned cuisine.

 

Through years of savoring these culinary masterpieces, Sherhunda not only developed a

discerning taste but also cultivated a keen eye for authenticity. Her love for Southern cuisine became a guiding light for friends and relatives who sought her culinary wisdom, affectionately dubbing her the “source of truth” when it came to food recommendations.

In 2010, Sherhunda turned her passion into a thriving home-based business known as “Twin Delights.” Inspired by her love for creating exquisite treats, she embarked on this culinary venture on Valentine’s Day, captivating the hearts and taste buds of Memphis. The hallmark of TwinDelights is Sherhunda’s signature chocolate-stuffed cheesecake strawberries, granny smith apples filled with cheesecake, dipped in pecans, and drizzled with caramel and chocolate, alongside decadent chocolate-covered pineapples and delightful parfaits.
